The freedom to be creative. The people I work with everyday. I like that challenges are constantly thrown in my direction from all areas of the company. That e-commerce is evolving so rapidly - it\'s never boring or stagnant. I like that I can see through hyped up products and expose the actual worth or uniqueness of a new solution. I enjoy creating efficiencies.

Quality. Efficiency. Using the internet to it\'s full potential to maximize profits and acquire / develop new customers. Identifying and correcting business practices that leave cash on the E-table. Smart UI\'s.
